Default Production and Processing Standards

For the tolerances you have not specifically marked, for different processing methods, Leanplans will carry out production and processing in accordance with the tolerances described in the following text.

一、CNC Machining

The limit deviation of linear dimensions is selected as grade M by default for implementation:

Note: The length of the angular dimension is determined based on the reference length of the angle (generally the length of the shorter side), and for the cone angle, it is determined based on the length of the generatrix of the cone.

二、Sheet metal

Refer to international standards: ISO 2768, national standards: GB/T 1184-1996, GB/T 1804-2000. And the data provided by existing production suppliers (that is, the conventional accuracy that can be achieved by processing), formulate the unnoted tolerance standard for the processing accuracy of sheet metal parts, and stipulate the tolerance grade and limit deviation values of the general tolerance of the tolerance dimensions that are not noted.

Default inspection description

For those cases where you have not specifically requested quality inspection, for different processing methods, Lepu Zhizao will adopt the following default quality inspection procedures: During the processing of components, there will be dedicated personnel to conduct production inspections; after the processing of components is completed, for small batches (quantity less than or equal to 50 pieces), 100% of the orders will be inspected fully, and for large batches of orders, spot checks will be conducted, and the spot check rate is not less than 10%. Only qualified parts will be delivered from the factory.
